| Minimum Usage Propane Fee | Variable yearly charge | Minimum usage fees may be assessed if the customer does not have the number of gallons delivered equivalent to the water capacity of the tank during the review period. This review period is March 31st of the prior year to April 1st of the current year. The fee will be determined based on the propane gallons that were not delivered during that time frame. The difference between the water capacity of the tank and the gallons delivered will be billed at a fair market rate per gallon for the propane. The 'water capacity' of the tank is also known as the 'tank size'. |
| Annual Tank Rental Fee | Annual charge agreed upon between Proulx Oil & Propane and the customer at time of account set-up | This is a predetermined fee that is discussed with the customer at the time of account set-up for the rental of the propane tank. |
